Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of The Arts Society Totnes (reg. No. 1089743) will take place at The Barn Cinema, Dartington, Totnes TQ9 6EA on Wednesday 11th June 2025 immediately after the lecture (approximately 12 noon)

· If any member would like to join us on the TAST Committee, please forward your name to The Secretary before 31st May 2025.
· No business shall be conducted at the Annual General Meeting unless a quorum is present – see Clause 10 of the constitution. The quorum for this meeting is 25 members.
· The meeting will be chaired by Carol Robinson, Chair of the Trustees.
· Any member wishing to raise an issue at the Annual General Meeting is requested to notify The Secretary in advance by phone (01364 654603) by 31st May 2025
